4. Indigenous Governance and Data Sovereignty

​

Indigomation supports Indigenous data sovereignty principles, including OCAP®.

We acknowledge that all governance data, including BCRs, belongs to the respective First Nation or organization.

 

5. Third-Party Integrations

​

Our platform may integrate with third-party services (such as document storage and e-signature tools).

We are not responsible for the practices or policies of these third-party providers.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

​

Indigomation provides tools to assist administrative processes but does not guarantee legal, financial, or governance outcomes.

We are not liable for:

  • Decisions made based on generated documents

  • Loss of data due to external factors beyond our control

  • Indirect or consequential damages

 

7. Service Availability

​

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

 

8. Termination

​

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

 

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
